Product Overview
DR9 Electrolytic Tinplate (ETP) is double-reduced ultra-thin low carbon steel sheet with electrolytic pure tin plating on both sides, manufactured according to GB/T2520 and ASTM A623 standards. DR9 is high-end DR temper grade with HR30T hardness 78-84, ultra high rigidity compared to DR8 and SR series. It is used for ultra-rigid thin-wall cans and heavy-duty can lids, keeps stable shape after stamping even with ultra-thin substrate. Tin coating weight 1.1~11.2 g/m², surface finishes: Bright, Stone, Silver, Matte. DR9 ETP supports printing and internal coating for packaging decoration and corrosion protection. We supply DR9 tinplate coil and cut sheet for metal packaging manufacturers, mill test certificates can be provided for export orders.
