Product Overview
Hardox series steel plate is a high-end European quenched and tempered abrasion resistant steel, widely recognized for extreme wear resistance, ultra-stable hardness and outstanding structural toughness. The full series covers Hardox 400, Hardox 450, Hardox 500, Hardox 550 and Hardox 600 grades, covering medium wear to ultra-severe abrasion industrial scenarios.
Different from ordinary domestic NM and American AR wear plates, Hardox steel features ultra-low impurity composition, uniform surface hardness and excellent anti-fatigue performance. It greatly extends the service life of mining machinery, quarry equipment, cement industry facilities and heavy material handling systems. Each grade has matched Brinell hardness to meet different design load and wear intensity requirements.
Our supplied Hardox series wear plates support custom laser cutting, plasma cutting, bending, drilling and precision machining. All products are provided with complete mill test certificates and can support third-party SGS/BV inspection. Ideal for high-standard overseas engineering projects, large mining groups and heavy industrial equipment manufacturing.
