Product Overview
This product group covers Hastelloy B2, C22, C276, G30 and X grades, which are typical nickel-based corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant alloys under the Hastelloy series. These materials are widely used in chemical processing, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), marine engineering, oil and gas, nuclear equipment and high-temperature corrosion environments.
Hastelloy B2: Good resistance to reducing acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid; suitable for strong reducing environments.
Hastelloy C22: Versatile corrosion-resistant grade with excellent resistance to oxidizing acids, mixed acids and chloride environments; widely used in chemical and FGD systems.
Hastelloy C276: Classic Ni-Mo-Cr alloy with outstanding corrosion resistance to various aggressive media; suitable for chemical reactors, heat exchangers and severe process equipment.
Hastelloy G30: High chromium alloy with strong resistance to phosphoric acid, mixed acids and industrial corrosion environments; often used in wet process phosphoric acid and chemical production equipment.
Hastelloy X: Good high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance; suitable for gas turbine parts, furnace components and high-temperature structural parts.
We can supply these grades in cold rolled coil with thickness 0.10–3.0 mm, and hot rolled mother coil with thickness 3–12 mm. Precision slitting service is available down to 3 mm width. Surface finishes include pickled/passivated, bright annealed, brushed and mirror polishing according to customer requirements. Secondary processing such as water-jet cutting, flattening, deburring and chamfering can also be provided. Each shipment comes with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC).
