Product Overview

Hastelloy C‑series are nickel‑molybdenum‑chromium super anti‑corrosion alloys. Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276) is classic grade, performs great against reducing acid, chloride‑induced local corrosion. Hastelloy C22 (UNS N06022) raises chromium proportion, achieves balanced performance both for oxidizing acid and reducing corrosive environment.

Our Hastelloy C276 / C22 seamless pipe is produced by vacuum arc remelting raw material, hot extrusion and multi‑pass cold drawing, full solution annealing treatment. Every pipe undergoes ultrasonic and eddy‑current non‑destructive test. Products serve for chemical processing plant, FGD flue‑gas desulfurization system, pharmaceutical production equipment, waste water treatment, pickling line piping. We provide standard stock dimension and custom special sizes per drawing, full mill test certificate supplied.
