Product Overview

Monel alloy is classic nickel‑copper system super alloy. Monel 400 (UNS N04400) is solid‑solution nickel‑copper alloy, shows outstanding corrosion‑resistance for seawater, brine, hydrofluoric acid and alkali medium. Monel K‑500 (UNS N05500) is precipitation‑hardening version based on Monel400, adding aluminium and titanium element; after ageing heat‑treatment, mechanical strength and hardness improve greatly while keeping similar corrosion‑resistance performance as Monel400.

Our Monel 400 / K‑500 seamless pipe is made from premium Monel ingot, manufactured by hot extrusion and multi‑pass cold‑drawing. We can supply solution‑annealed status for Monel400; supply solution‑annealed or age‑hardened delivery status for Monel K‑500. All pipes pass ultrasonic, eddy‑current non‑destructive inspection. Widely used for marine seawater cooling pipeline, offshore auxiliary piping, salt‑plant equipment, hydrofluoric‑acid processing device. We provide standard stock sizes and custom dimension according to customer drawing, full mill test certificate attached for each order.
