Product Overview
Monel series alloy plate is nickel-copper solid solution alloy, mainly including Monel 400 and Monel K500 grades. Monel 400 is single-phase Ni-Cu alloy with good toughness and corrosion resistance in neutral, alkaline and salt water environments. Monel K500 is precipitation hardening version of Monel 400, adding aluminum and titanium, can be age hardened to obtain much higher tensile and yield strength while retaining similar corrosion resistance as Monel 400.
Our Monel alloy sheets/plates adopt vacuum melting and hot rolling process, stable metallurgical structure, flat plate surface, tight dimensional tolerance. Widely used in marine seawater pipeline components, seawater desalination equipment, chemical alkali reactor, oil & gas well accessories, valve and pump parts. We offer laser cutting, blanking and custom size service for different engineering demands.
