Product Overview
This product group includes Nickel 200 and Nickel 201, commercially pure wrought nickel grades. Nickel 200 is 99.6% pure nickel, while Nickel 201 is its low-carbon variant, specially designed to prevent intergranular embrittlement at high temperature alkaline environments.
Pure nickel coils perform outstandingly in caustic soda, alkaline solutions and many neutral media. They are widely used in chemical alkali production, electroplating anodes, battery current collectors, electronic components, food processing equipment and heat exchangers.
Nickel 200: General-purpose pure nickel, suitable for room & moderate temperature alkaline service.
Nickel 201: Low carbon pure nickel, ideal for high-temperature caustic environments above 315℃, avoids grain boundary corrosion.
We provide cold rolled pure nickel coil with thickness 0.10–3.0 mm, custom ultra-thin 0.03mm available. Standard cold rolled widths:1000 /1219 /1250 /1500 mm. Precision slitting can process narrow strips down to 3 mm width. Available surface: pickled passivated, bright annealed, brushed finish. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is supplied for every batch complying with ASTM and ASME standards.
