Product Overview
Our NM series wear resistant steel plate is hot rolled quenched & tempered abrasion resistant steel, manufactured to GB/T24186 standard, covering NM400, NM450, NM500, NM550 and NM600 grades.
With hardness ranging from 360HB up to 630HB, NM wear resistant steel plate features outstanding anti-abrasion performance and acceptable impact resistance. It is widely used in heavy friction environments including mining, cement, construction machinery, aggregate processing industry.
Available thickness from 3mm to 120mm, width 1500-2500mm, length 6000-12000mm. We provide customized cutting, blanking and forming service according to customer drawings.
Our NM wear plate maintains stable mechanical property after heat treatment, and retains good machinability for deep fabrication of chutes, hoppers, crusher liners, bucket liners and bulldozer blades. Each batch can be supplied with full traceable material test certificates for project inspection.

NM500 has higher Brinell hardness and better wear resistance than NM400. NM400 has better impact toughness and easier bending & welding.

Yes. NM series plate has good weldability, low heat input welding method is recommended for thick plate.
