Product Overview

Our Q195 Galvanized Square / Rectangular Steel Pipe is SHS (Square Hollow Section) and RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section) welded hollow structural steel, produced in accordance with GB/T 6728 standard. Q195 is low carbon steel grade featuring good ductility and excellent weldability. The pipe can be treated by hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) or pre-galvanized (PG) surface process complying with ISO 1461, to prevent rust in outdoor environments. This galvanized hollow section covers square sizes from 10×10mm to 500×500mm and rectangular sizes from 20×10mm to 600×400mm, wall thickness 0.8–16mm. Standard length is 6m and 12m, custom cutting length 1–12m supported. It is widely used for agricultural greenhouses, fencing systems, light frames, decorative structures and small support engineering projects. All products will pass strict dimension & coating inspection and come with MTC mill test certificate.
