Product Overview
Diamond Pattern Checkered Tread Steel Plate is a hot rolled carbon steel sheet with raised diamond-shaped embossed patterns on the surface. It is designed for applications where strong anti-slip performance and structural rigidity are required, such as industrial ramps, walkways, truck beds and transportation structures.
We supply this diamond tread plate in multiple international standard grades, including Q235B, Q355B, ASTM A36, S235JR and SS400. These grades cover Chinese, American, European and Japanese carbon steel specifications, making them suitable for global procurement, engineering tenders and manufacturing projects.
The diamond pattern offers stronger surface grip than some lighter embossed patterns, especially under heavy pedestrian traffic, vehicle loading and wet or oily working conditions. The raised diamonds also increase the structural stiffness of the plate, helping to reduce deflection under load.
This diamond checkered plate is manufactured by hot rolling with pressed embossed patterns. The base plate thickness ranges from 1.2mm to 12mm, with various standard widths and lengths available. We can supply both finished steel plates and patterned steel coils, and support customized cutting, flattening, bending and fabrication according to customer drawings.
