Product Overview
Steel Grit is an angular metallic abrasive manufactured from 70#, 82B high-carbon steel and Russian-standard CT65 and CT70 high-carbon wire rod through quenching and crushing. The angular particle structure provides strong cutting force for industrial blasting, rust removal, surface roughening and oxide-scale removal.
The product complies with GB/T 18838, EN 14231, SAE J444, ASTM A1067, JIS G5901, GOST 11964-81, GOST 9045 and ISO 11124-2, supporting third-party inspection and international tender requirements. SAE, EN and GOST specification systems are available, with the overall particle-size range covering 0.2–2.5 mm.
Three hardness grades are available: Medium Hard HV450-550, Hard HV550-680 and Ultra Hard HV680-780. Two angular forms, Sharp Angular and Semi-Angular, can be selected according to the required cutting force and surface treatment performance. 产品描述
Compared with spherical steel shot, Steel Grit provides stronger cutting performance and can create a uniform rough surface to improve coating adhesion. Surface treatment options include quenched-crushed angular forming, anti-rust oil passivation and dust-free clean treatment, with 25 kg bags, 50 kg metal drums and 1-ton bags available for different logistics requirements.

Steel Grit is an angular metallic abrasive produced by quenching and crushing high-carbon steel materials. It is mainly used for blasting, rust removal, surface roughening and surface preparation.
The supplied Steel Grit complies with GB/T 18838, EN 14231, SAE J444, ASTM A1067, JIS G5901, GOST 11964-81, GOST 9045 and ISO 11124-2.
The overall particle-size scope is 0.2–2.5 mm. SAE, EN and GOST specification systems are available.

Sharp Angular provides stronger cutting performance, while Semi-Angular provides more moderate cutting performance.
