Product Overview
Steel Wire Rope is a multi-strand twisted metal rope designed for load-bearing, lifting, traction and reinforcement applications. It is manufactured from high-carbon steel wire rod or stainless steel materials and is supplied in multiple rope constructions, core types, tensile strength grades and surface finishes. The product complies with GB/T 20118-2017, EN 10264, ASTM A1023, JIS G3525 and ISO 2408, supporting international engineering and third-party inspection requirements.
The available rope constructions include 6×7, 6×12, 6×19, 6×19S, 6×19W, 6×37 and 6×61, together with multi-layer non-rotating and anti-twist constructions such as 18×7, 30×7 and 35×7. Both FC fiber core and IWR/IWRC metal steel core options are available for different load-bearing and operating requirements.
Steel Wire Rope is available in high-carbon steel grades based on 60#, 65#, 70# and 82B, while 304 and 316 stainless steel options are available for applications requiring stronger corrosion resistance. Tensile strength grades range from 1570 MPa to 2160 MPa, including 1570, 1670, 1770, 1870, 1960 and ultra-high-strength 2160 MPa.
The rope diameter range is 1–50 mm, with standard reel lengths of 100 m, 200 m, 500 m and 1000 m, while custom reel lengths can be supplied according to project requirements. Surface options include bright non-coated, Class B/Class C hot-dip galvanized, stainless steel surface and factory-applied lubricant anti-rust oil.
