Product Overview
SUS304, SUS316L, SUS321, SUS310S, SUS2205, SUS2507, SUS904L Hot Rolled JIS SUS Stainless Steel Plate are JIS designated stainless steel material options manufactured under JIS G4304 standard. This full series covers austenitic, heat-resistant, duplex and high-alloy stainless grades, widely used for projects requiring Japanese-standard materials.
SUS304 is the general-purpose austenitic stainless steel with balanced corrosion resistance and formability. SUS316L provides better resistance to chloride corrosion for chemical and marine environments. SUS321 is titanium stabilized grade to resist intergranular corrosion under high temperature. SUS310S offers outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance for furnace and thermal equipment. SUS2205 and SUS2507 duplex grades deliver high strength and excellent chloride pitting corrosion resistance. SUS904L high-alloy stainless steel is designed for extremely severe corrosive media.
Our JIS SUS hot rolled stainless plate ranges thickness from 3.0mm to 100mm, standard widths of 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm and 2500mm, standard lengths 6000mm and 12000mm. Custom fixed-length cutting is supported. No.1 hot rolled pickled surface meets heavy industrial requirements. All plates are supplied with Mill Test Certificate complying with JIS standard, SGS / BV third-party inspection is acceptable.
