309S Stainless Steel Flat Bar (SUS309S / 1.4828 / X15CrNiSi20-12 / 06Cr23Ni13) is manufactured strictly according to GB/T 1220 standard. It is a high chromium nickel austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel, designed to resist oxidation and scaling at high temperatures.
Our 309S stainless flat bar is available in hot rolled pickled surface, with a broad range of thickness and width options. The high Cr and Ni content provides superior heat resistance compared to conventional 304 and 316L stainless grades. It maintains stable structure and strength in high-temperature operating conditions.
Typical applications include furnace parts, high-temperature oven components, heat treatment equipment, kiln linings, boiler accessories and thermal processing machinery. We supply custom cut lengths, surface treatment and full EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates for global B2B customers.
