Product Overview
T1 Tin Free Steel (TFS/ECCS) Sheet is single reduced grade chromium-coated steel sheet, produced per ASTM A623/A657, JIS G3315, EN 10202 standards. It adopts low-carbon steel base with double-sided chromium + chromium oxide coating. T1 is the softest SR temper grade, offering maximum ductility and formability. It can be punched, curled, seamed and welded smoothly. Widely used for deep drawn packaging components, crown caps, cosmetic packaging containers, special food can ends, battery casings. The chromium coating weight can be customized from 50-150mg/m², anti-corrosion and prevents sulfur staining for food contact applications.
