Product Overview
T2 Electrolytic Tinplate (ETP) is single-reduced ultra-thin low-carbon steel substrate electroplated with pure tin on both sides, produced to GB/T 2520 and ASTM A623 standards. T2 grade is the most versatile SR temper, with HR30T hardness 50-56, balancing ductility and rigidity. It can be supplied as sheets or coils, tin coating weight range from 1.1~11.2 g/m². Available surface finishes: Bright, Stone, Silver, Matte. T2 ETP is widely used for general food cans, jam containers, aerosol cans and paint pails. It supports offset printing and internal protective coating, suitable for conventional stamping and moderate deep drawing forming. Mill test certificates and food safety documents can be provided for bulk B2B export orders.
