Product Overview
T3 Tin Free Steel (TFS/ECCS) Sheet is medium-hard single reduced temper chromium-coated steel sheet conforming to ASTM A623/A657, JIS G3315, EN 10202. It uses low-carbon steel substrate with double-sided chromium + chromium oxide protective coating. T3 sits in the middle of SR temper series, balancing ductility and stiffness. It is widely used for standard can lids, screw caps, food packaging ends and general metal packaging parts. It supports punching, curling, seaming and welding processes, compatible with printing and internal organic coating. Chromium coating weight can be customized from 50 to 150mg/m², providing reliable anti-corrosion performance for food and chemical packaging.
