Product Overview
T5 Tin Free Steel (TFS/ECCS) Sheet is high hardness single reduced grade chromium coated steel sheet, manufactured under ASTM A623/A657, JIS G3315, EN10202. T5 is the hardest temper in SR series. Low-carbon steel substrate is coated with double-sided chromium and chromium oxide layer. It features high stiffness, good shape retention, less springback during stamping. Suitable for rigid packaging parts, heavy-duty crown caps, rigid container ends. It can be stamped, curled and seamed. Surface supports printing and internal coating. Chromium coating weight can be customized between 50-150mg/m², stable anti-corrosion performance for food and chemical packaging.
