Product Overview
Welded Wire Mesh is a versatile welded metal mesh manufactured from low-carbon steel or stainless steel wire. It is available in both roll mesh and flat panel mesh formats, with a broad range of wire diameters and aperture sizes for different industrial and commercial requirements. The product complies with multiple international standards and can support different regional market specifications.
For carbon steel applications, available grades include Q195, Q235, SAE1006, SAE1008, S235JR and selected Russian GOST low-carbon wire rod grades. Stainless steel options include 201, 202, 304 (1.4301), 316 and 316L (1.4404) for applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance. Wire diameters range from 0.4mm to 6.0mm, with a diameter tolerance of ±0.05mm.
Welded Wire Mesh can be supplied with different surface treatments, including Black Annealed, Electro-Galvanized, Hot-Dip Galvanized, PVC Coated and Stainless Steel. These options allow the mesh to be selected according to indoor, outdoor, humid, coastal, chemical or other demanding working environments.
The mesh is available in Standard Spot Weld and Heavy Full Weld grades. Metric and imperial specifications can be supplied, while roll and panel dimensions can be customized according to project requirements. Typical applications include wall plastering and reinforcement, livestock cages and fencing, machinery guarding, horticulture, greenhouse protection, and food or pharmaceutical filtration.
