Product Overview
304,304L,316L,201,430 Stainless Checkered Plate is embossed anti-slip stainless steel plate manufactured to GB/T3280, ASTM A240 and EN 10088 standards. Raised anti-slip patterns include 5-bar(Willow Leaf), Lentil/Teardrop, Diamond and Perforated types, thickness range 1.0mm to 10.0mm.
304 & 304L grade delivers balanced corrosion resistance and hygienic property, widely used in clean workshop and food factory. 316L contains molybdenum for superior seawater and mild chemical corrosion resistance, perfect for offshore and coastal marine projects. 201 and 430 are economical ferritic & low-nickel options for indoor decoration and general walkway anti-slip purposes.
Compared with carbon steel tread plate, stainless checkered plate resists moisture, food residue, seawater and mild chemicals. It maintains good processability for bending, welding and custom cutting. All plates can be supplied with official material test certificates, minimum order quantity 5 tons.
