Product Overview

5-Bar Stainless Steel Checkered Plate is a hot embossed anti-slip stainless steel plate with classic five bar (willow leaf) raised pattern. The 5-bar protruding texture greatly increases surface friction coefficient to prevent slipping on walkways, ramps and ship decks.

We supply this 5 bar chequer plate in full grades including 304,304L,316L,201 and 430. Thickness range covers 1.0mm to 10.0mm. 304/304L version offers balanced corrosion resistance for general industrial use;316L grade adds molybdenum for seawater and coastal anti-corrosion;201 and 430 are economical choices for indoor decoration.

The plate keeps good processability, supports custom cutting, bending and splicing. Widely used for ship decks, industrial walkways, loading ramps, platform flooring. It can be cleaned simply and maintains stable anti-slip performance in long term service.
