Product Overview

A36 hot rolled W-Beam is the classic American standard wide flange structural steel, equivalent grades Q235B (GB/T11263) and S235JR (EN10025). It is produced according to ASTM A6, ASTM A36, GB/T11263 and EN10025 specifications.

W-Beam features wide parallel flanges, offering superior bending resistance and torsional stability compared to standard I-beam. A36 grade is low carbon steel with great plasticity and outstanding weldability. It supports cutting, drilling, beveling and welding without complex heat treatment.

This grade wide flange beam is widely used for general construction, secondary support frames, non-heavy load building structures and temporary engineering projects. We supply full W-series range from W4×13 up to W44×335. Surface options include hot rolled black finish, shot blasting, pickling, anti-corrosion paint and hot-dip galvanizing. Custom cut-to-length service available.
