Product Overview

I-Beam is a hot-rolled I-shaped structural steel section designed for secondary load-bearing and supporting structures. It is manufactured according to major international standards including GB/T 706-2016, GB/T 11263-2017, ASTM A6/A6M-22, EN 10034-2019, EN 10210-1, JIS G3192-2018 and ISO 657-2017, supporting different international project specifications.

The product range covers multiple international I-Beam systems, including Chinese light-duty and heavy-duty I-Beams, European IPN, American S-Series and Japanese IS-Series. The Chinese range includes light-duty sections from 10# to 128a/128b and heavy-duty sections from 130a/130b to 163a/163b. European IPN sections range from IPN80 to IPN550, while the supplied American S-Series and Japanese IS-Series cover their respective standard sizes.

Available material grades include Q235B, Q355B, Q345B, Q355NL, Q420, A36, A572 Gr.50, A572 Gr.60, A992, A588, S235JR, S275JR, S355JR, S460JR, SS400, SS490 and SM490B. Standard delivery lengths are 6 m, 9 m and 12 m, with customized lengths from 3 m to 18 m and cut-to-length service available.

I-Beams are widely used for secondary beams, crane beams, equipment platform supports, pipeline brackets, machine bases, conveyor supports, mezzanine beams, stair supports, warehouse rack beams, temporary construction beams and ship auxiliary structures. Surface treatment and processing options include shot blasting, pickling, anti-corrosive paint, hot-dip galvanizing, fire-retardant coating, end beveling, drilling and cutting according to customer drawings.
