Product Overview
AFP Anti-Fingerprint Galvalume Steel Sheet is a premium surface-finish Aluzinc GL sheet treated with a thin transparent organic coating. It is designed to prevent fingerprint marks, maintain a clean silver metallic surface and improve surface durability during processing, transportation and installation.
The AFP surface is especially suitable for visible panels, decorative parts, appliance shells, electrical enclosures, automotive interior components and architectural cladding. Compared with ordinary SFP oil-finished galvalume sheet, AFP surface offers better stain resistance and cleaner appearance, while still maintaining good formability and paint adhesion.
AFP GL sheet can be produced with different base grades according to customer requirements. Commercial grades CS Type A and CS Type B are suitable for general forming and light structural applications; structural grades SS33, SS37, SS40, SS50 and SS80 are available for load-bearing requirements; forming grades DX51D and DX52D are available for cold forming applications. AZ coating options include AZ50, AZ70, AZ100 and AZ150.
