Product Overview

Prepainted Steel Sheet (PPGI / PPGL) is a color-coated steel material produced by applying an organic paint coating to galvanized steel (GI) or Aluzinc steel (GL) substrates. It combines corrosion protection, weather resistance and decorative appearance for industrial construction and architectural applications.

The product is available in CGCC, TDC51D+AZ and G550 grades. CGCC is suitable for conventional forming and decorative components, TDC51D+AZ provides improved salt-spray resistance for coastal and humid environments, while G550 is designed for large-span roofing and load-bearing steel structures.

Two coating structures, 2/1 and 2/2, and four paint systems—PE, SMP, HDP and PVDF—provide flexible options for different service environments. The product also supports RAL color selection, customized color, gloss and coating thickness, making it suitable for factory roofs, wall cladding, cold storage boards, rolling shutters, container panels and agricultural greenhouses.
