Product Overview
Aluzinc Galvalume Steel Sheet (GL) is an aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel material designed for applications requiring strong atmospheric and corrosion resistance. Manufactured according to ASTM A792, JIS G3321, EN 10346 and AS 1397, it combines a low-carbon steel substrate with a 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon coating.
The product covers CS Type A/B commercial grades and SS33, SS37, SS40, SS50 and SS80 structural grades, with Al-Zn coating weights from AZ30 to AZ150g/m². SFP ordinary oil and AFP transparent anti-fingerprint surface options are available for different processing and appearance requirements.
Compared with conventional galvanized steel, the Al-Zn coating provides enhanced resistance to atmospheric corrosion, salt fog and high-humidity environments. The material also supports rolling, bending, stamping and fabrication, making it suitable for coastal roofing, industrial silencers, baking oven casings, solar PV support frames and outdoor mechanical housings.
