Product Overview
AZ50, AZ70, AZ100 and AZ150 are the most commonly used Aluzinc Galvalume Steel Sheet coating grades, covering light, medium, heavy and extra-heavy anti-corrosion requirements. Aluzinc GL sheet is produced by continuous hot-dip coating process with an alloy composition of approximately 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. This Al-Zn-Si alloy coating offers excellent barrier protection and sacrificial corrosion resistance, making it widely used in construction, solar, automotive, appliance and general metal fabrication industries.
AZ50 is light coating grade for indoor dry environment and low-corrosion applications. AZ70 is medium-light coating suitable for indoor components and lightly exposed parts. AZ100 is the standard general-purpose coating for outdoor roofing, wall cladding and ordinary atmospheric environments. AZ150 is heavy anti-corrosion coating, recommended for coastal areas, high-humidity regions, industrial atmospheres and long-service-life structural projects.
These AZ coating grades can be combined with different base grades such as CS Type A, CS Type B, SS33, SS37, SS40, SS50 and SS80 according to forming or structural requirements. Surface options include SFP oil finish and AFP anti-fingerprint finish. Thickness ranges from 0.20mm to 2.5mm, width from 700mm to 1250mm, supplied as steel coil or cut flat sheet.

FAQs
They differ in Al-Zn coating weight. Higher AZ grade means heavier coating weight and better corrosion resistance. AZ50 is for indoor use, AZ100 for general outdoor use, and AZ150 for coastal or high-humidity environments.
AZ100 is commonly used for standard outdoor roofing. For coastal areas or high-corrosion environments, AZ150 is recommended for longer service life.
Yes, mixed shipment of AZ50, AZ70, AZ100 and AZ150 is acceptable. We will separate marking and packing for easy identification.
AZ grade mainly determines corrosion resistance, while base grade determines mechanical properties. You can select CS grades for forming or SS grades for structural load according to your project.
AZ150 itself does not prevent forming, but the final formability depends on the base grade. CS Type B or SS37 is recommended for moderate forming, while SS40/SS50 is for structural parts.
We provide MTC, packing list, commercial invoice and shipping documents. SGS or BV inspection can be arranged before shipment if required.
