Product Overview
Blade Barbed Wire, also known as razor barbed wire, is a high-strength anti-climb security barrier designed for high-risk perimeter protection. The product is manufactured according to GB/T 15393, EN 10244, ASTM A641, ISO 1461, GOST R 57382-2017 and GOST 14918, supporting international inspection and tender requirements.
The product uses Q235 steel strip with galvanized steel wire core for general applications and CT3nc galvanized steel strip for Russian-market requirements. For heavy-corrosion environments, 304 stainless steel (08X18H10) and 316L stainless steel (03X17H13M2) integrated stamping materials are available.
Two major product series are available: the economical BTO series, including BTO-10, BTO-12, BTO-18 and BTO-22, and the heavy-strength CBT series, including CBT-60, CBT-65 and CBT-70. The product can be supplied in Concertina Spiral, Straight Line and Cage Type configurations for different installation requirements.
Standard blade thickness is 0.5 mm, while 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm reinforced strips are available for border and prison high-security applications. Single-roll unfolded lengths include 10 m, 20 m, 30 m and 50 m, with coil diameters of 300 mm, 450 mm, 600 mm and 900 mm.
