Product Overview
Carbon Steel Strip is a narrow-width finished steel material produced by longitudinal slitting of hot rolled and cold rolled carbon steel coils. Manufactured according to GB/T3522, EN 10111, ASTM A635 and JIS G3131, it is designed for downstream stamping, bending, coiling and other secondary processing applications.
The product covers Chinese, American, European and Japanese grade systems, including Q195, Q235B, Q355B, SPHC/SPHD/SPHE, SPCC/SPCD/SPCE, A36, A1011 Gr36, A1018 Gr.B, A1008 CS Type A/B/C, S235JR, S275JR, S355JR and DC01–DC06. Buyers can select suitable grades according to forming requirements, from ductile grades for deep stamping to higher-strength grades for structural strip applications.
Thickness is available from 0.2–20 mm, with customized slitting widths from 10–1240 mm. Optional processing includes oiling, deburring, edge rounding and edge trimming, helping meet different storage, handling and downstream processing requirements.
After slitting and stress leveling, the strip provides uniform thickness, stable internal stress and consistent mechanical properties along its length. Depending on the substrate and grade, it can be used for packing strips, cable binding strips, flexible hose reinforcement, pipeline wrapping, hardware fasteners, spring belts and door & window lining materials.
