Product Overview
Hot-Rolled Steel Coil is a low-carbon carbon steel coil manufactured through high-temperature hot rolling and widely used as a basic raw material for construction, machinery manufacturing and metal processing. It is produced in accordance with GB/T 709, ASTM A635, EN 10111 and JIS G3131, with Chinese, American, European and Japanese grade systems available for different engineering requirements.
The product covers 1.5–25.0 mm thickness, with standard mother coil widths of 950, 1000, 1250 and 1500 mm, inner diameters of 508 or 610 mm, and single coil weights of 8–32 tons. Slitting is available for dividing large coils into smaller coils, while the material can also be flattened into hot rolled steel plates for further cutting and blanking.
Available grades include Q195, Q235B, Q355B, SPHC, SPHD, SPHE, A36, A1011 Gr36, A1018 Gr.B, S235JR, S275JR, S355JR, DD11, DD12, DD13 and SS330, allowing buyers to select material according to structural strength, forming or stamping requirements.
With good weldability, plasticity, punching, bending, cutting and deep-drawing performance, hot-rolled steel coil is suitable for steel structure fabrication, container frames, agricultural machinery, pipelines, tower supports, equipment bases, highway guardrails and construction scaffolding.
