Product Overview
Cold-Rolled Steel Coil is a thin carbon steel coil produced by continuously cold rolling pickled hot-rolled substrate at room temperature. Compared with hot-rolled material, it provides a smoother bright metallic surface, tighter dimensional accuracy and stable forming performance, making it suitable for precision stamping and appearance-sensitive components.
The product complies with GB/T 708, ASTM A1008, EN 10130 and JIS G3131, with Chinese, American, European and Japanese grade options including SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, Q195, Q235, ASTM A1008 CS Type A/B/C, DC01–DC06 and JIS SPCC/SPCD/SPCE. These grades cover general stamping, deep drawing and extra-deep drawing requirements.
Thickness is available from 0.15–3.0 mm, with standard widths of 1000, 1250 and 1500 mm, a 508 mm coil inner diameter, and 3–15 tons per coil. PE protective film can be provided on demand to help protect the bright surface during transportation and processing.
With good bending, punching and deep-drawing performance, the coil is suitable for household appliance panels, automotive stamping parts, metal cabinets, tool boxes, furniture hardware, precision equipment casings and other stamped metal products.
