Product Overview

CGCC PPGI Prepainted Galvanized Steel Sheet, also known as color coated GI steel plate, adopts CGCC low-carbon galvanized steel as substrate. It is manufactured by applying organic paint coating on hot-dip galvanized steel through continuous coating and curing process.

CGCC is the commercial forming grade, with outstanding ductility, designed for general cold forming operations. The galvanized GI substrate offers reliable rust protection. Available coating structure includes 2/1 and 2/2. Four paint systems: PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF for different service life requirements.

This CGCC PPGI supports standard RAL colors and custom color matching. Gloss can be adjusted from high-gloss, semi-gloss, low-gloss to matte. Surface finish options include smooth, orange peel, wood grain, stone grain. It is widely used for factory roof panels, wall cladding, sandwich panel skins, rolling shutters, agricultural greenhouse panels and interior decoration profiles.
Thickness range: 0.20mm ~1.2mm; Width: 700–1250mm, supplied in coil or cut flat sheet form.
