Product Overview
CS Type A and CS Type B are commercial-grade Aluzinc Galvalume Steel Sheet (GL), produced to ASTM A792, JIS G3321, EN10346 and AS1397 standards. The substrate is low carbon steel coated with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon alloy layer.
CS Type A is general commercial grade for simple bending and profiling; CS Type B provides improved elongation for moderate stamping and forming. Two surface treatments are optional: SFP ordinary oil finish for standard processing, and AFP transparent anti-fingerprint finish to retain clean metallic silver appearance for visible components.
Al-Zn coating weight covers AZ30 to AZ150g/m². Available thickness ranges 0.20mm–2.0mm, width 700–1250mm, supplied in steel coil or cut flat sheet. Widely used for roof panels, ventilation parts, metal housings, oven casings, decorative metal parts and PPGI base substrate.

CS Type A is for simple bending and roll forming. CS Type B has better elongation performance, suitable for moderate stamping. Select CS Type B if you have deeper forming requirements.
AZ100 and AZ150 are recommended for outdoor roofing. AZ150 performs better in coastal high salt-fog environments. AZ30-AZ70 can be used for indoor or low-corrosion indoor projects to save cost.
AFP is transparent anti-fingerprint coating, keeps clean silver metallic surface without fingerprints. It is recommended for visible, decorative panels. SFP oil finish is the economical option for non-visible structural parts.
Yes. CS Type A and CS Type B galvalume sheet are widely used as substrate for PPGI. Uniform Al-Zn coating ensures good paint adhesion for color coating lines.
Mixed loading of CS Type A and CS Type B with different coating weights and sizes is acceptable. We mark and pack separately for easy identification when goods arrive.
We provide Mill Test Certificate, packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading. Third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before shipment as requested.
