Product Overview
DX51D and DX52D are formable hot-dip Aluzinc Galvalume Steel Sheets manufactured according to EN10346 standard. These grades are designed for cold forming applications, providing good ductility, stable surface quality and reliable corrosion resistance.
DX51D is the general commercial forming grade, suitable for simple bending, roll forming, profiling and light fabrication. DX52D offers improved elongation and better formability, suitable for moderate stamping, complex profiles and parts requiring higher ductility. Both grades use low-carbon steel substrate with 55% Al-Zn-Si alloy coating, which provides excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance and good paint adhesion.
Available AZ coating options include AZ50, AZ70, AZ100 and AZ150. Surface finish can be SFP oiled or AFP anti-fingerprint according to customer requirements. Thickness ranges from 0.20mm to 2.0mm, width from 700mm to 1250mm, supplied as steel coil or cut flat sheet.
