Product Overview
DX51D+AZ Galvalume Steel Coil (also known as Aluzinc GL Coil) is hot-dipped galvalume steel produced by coating cold rolled carbon steel substrate with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon alloy coating under EN10346 standard. DX51D+AZ is the most widely used commercial grade for general forming applications.
This DX51D+AZ aluzinc coil supports AZ50 ~ AZ200 g/m² coating weight options. Surface treatments include passivation, chromium-free passivation, oil anti-rust and anti-fingerprint AF treatment to avoid surface marks during processing. Available thickness covers 0.18–2.5mm, mainstream thickness 0.2–1.5mm, standard widths 914,1000,1219,1250mm. Custom slitting into narrow strips and cut to length sheet service can be provided.
DX51D+AZ GL coil features balanced mechanical property, good bend resistance and outstanding corrosion resistance, especially suitable for outdoor environments, salt fog coastal areas. Widely applied in roof & wall cladding, photovoltaic support back plates, outdoor electrical cabinet housings, container panels, grain silo roofs, solar heater casings. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied for each batch to support incoming inspection.

DX51D+AZ EN10346 equivalent: ASTM CS Type B; JIS SPCC+AZ; GB DC01+AZ. All grades are commercial forming grade for simple bending & roll forming.
GL aluzinc coil uses 55% aluminum zinc coating, corrosion resistance is 2–5 times better than conventional zinc galvanized GI coil, better high temperature resistance.
We supply AZ50, AZ70, AZ100, AZ150, AZ200 g/m². For coastal high salt environment, we recommend AZ100 and above coating weight.
Yes, we have slitting machine to produce custom narrow aluzinc strip, width tolerance strictly controlled. Cut to length sheet service also available.
Available. Anti-fingerprint surface can avoid handprint marks when workers handle the coil during roll forming. We also provide chromium-free passivation for environmental requirements.
