Product Overview

DX51D+AZ PPGL Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil, also known as aluzinc color coated coil, is manufactured complying with EN10346 standard. It adopts DX51D+AZ hot-dip galvalume steel as base substrate, which is coated with aluminum-zinc alloy (55% Al-Zn) on steel base, then covered with organic top paint and protective back coating.

Compared with ordinary galvanized PPGI, the aluzinc substrate provides far stronger corrosion resistance, making DX51D+AZ PPGL the preferred material for coastal, high humidity and salt-fog environments. The top organic coating can effectively resist ultraviolet aging, rain erosion and mild chemical contamination. We support customized aluzinc coating weight ranging from AZ50 to AZ150 g/m². Available coating options include standard polyester PE, silicon modified polyester SMP, high durability polyester HDP and PVDF fluorocarbon coating for long-term outdoor projects.

DX51D+AZ PPGL coil is widely processed into corrugated roofing sheets, exterior wall cladding, prefab house panels, warehouse siding, agricultural buildings and metal facade profiles. Custom thickness from 0.12mm to 1.2mm, width from 600mm to 1250mm, inner diameter 508mm or 610mm. Single coil weight can be controlled from 2 tons to 8 tons according to container loading requirement.
