Product Overview

Galvanized Steel Coil – GI is carbon steel coil processed through hot-dip galvanizing technology, where the steel substrate is immersed in a molten zinc bath to form a metallurgically bonded zinc protective layer. It is supplied according to EN 10346, ASTM A653/A653M, JIS G3302 and GB/T 2518, with multiple grades for different forming and drawing requirements.

The product covers 0.15–3.0mm thickness, with standard widths of 914, 1000, 1219 and 1250mm, and supports custom slitting and cut-to-length processing. Zinc coating weights range from Z30 to Z350 g/m², with several spangle and surface-treatment options.

GI galvanized steel coil is suitable for applications including ventilation ducts, household appliance shells, highway guardrails, cable trays, prefabricated house wall panels, livestock facilities and stamped hardware parts. Mill Test Certificates can be provided for batch verification.
