Product Overview

DX51D+Z PPGI Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil is the most widely used general grade color coated steel, produced by continuously coating organic paint on hot-dip galvanized DX51D+Z substrate complying with EN10346 standard. DX51D+Z substrate features balanced mechanical performance, good bending and stamping performance, ideal for common architectural forming work.

Available coating systems include PE, SMP, HDP and PVDF. Front paint thickness 18–25μm, back paint 5–10μm. We support all RAL solid colors, wood grain, marble, metallic, camouflage customized finishes. Standard width options:914mm,1000mm,1219mm,1250mm, thickness range 0.12–1.5mm.

This DX51D+Z PPGI coil can be slit, cut to length or roll formed into corrugated sheets, wall panels. Widely used in factory roofing, warehouse wall cladding, prefab house, container panels, agricultural buildings and outdoor advertising boards. Our products meet EN, ASTM, JIS, GB standards, each export batch comes with material test certificate.

We supply PPGI and PPGL prepainted steel coil with full RAL solid color system and multiple customized pattern finishes. Gloss, matte, metallic, pearlescent, wood grain, marble grain, brick pattern, tile pattern and stucco texture options are available. Custom color & custom pattern are acceptable according to customer samples. Please note that slight color difference exists between screen display and real steel coil, physical color card can be provided for final confirmation before mass production.
