Product Overview
DX53D+AZ Galvalume Steel Coil (Deep Drawing Aluzinc GL Coil) follows EN10346 standard, produced by hot-dipping cold rolled low carbon steel substrate with 55% Al-Zn-Si alloy coating. DX53D+AZ grade is specially designed for deep drawing forming applications, higher elongation compared with DX51D+AZ.
Available coating weight range AZ50 to AZ200 g/m², multiple surface options: passivation, chromium-free passivation, anti-rust oil and anti-fingerprint AF treatment. Thickness 0.18–2.5mm, mainstream 0.2–1.5mm; standard widths:914,1000,1219,1250mm. We can slit master coil into narrow strips or cut into flat sheets according to customer drawing.
DX53D+AZ aluzinc coil has low yield strength and high elongation, greatly reduce cracking risk during deep stamping and complex forming. It is widely used for deep drawn components, electrical enclosures, auto accessory parts, solar equipment housings, metal stamped profiles. It performs well in outdoor corrosive environment, suitable for customers who need stamping process. Full MTC certificate is provided for each batch.

DX53D+AZ lower carbon content, higher elongation, better ductility. DX51D+AZ only for simple roll forming, DX53D+AZ can be used for deep drawing stamping.
Our DX53D+AZ uses stable hot-dip aluzinc coating, suitable for normal deep drawing. We suggest test samples first for ultra-deep stamping projects.
