Product Overview

DX56D+AZ Galvalume Steel Coil is extra deep drawing aluzinc GL coil under EN10346 standard. It adopts ultra low carbon cold rolled substrate with hot dipped 55% aluminum zinc silicon alloy coating. DX56D+AZ has the best ductility among DX series grades, designed for ultra deep drawing, complex stamping and complicated forming workpieces.

Coating weight range AZ50-AZ200g/m², available surface treatment: passivation, chromium-free passivation, anti-rust oil and anti-fingerprint AF. Thickness 0.18–2.5mm, mainstream 0.2–1.5mm, standard widths 914,1000,1219,1250mm. We can slit coil into narrow strips or cut into flat sheets according to customer drawing.

DX56D+AZ aluzinc coil features ultra high elongation ≥38%, low yield strength, greatly reduces cracking risk for complex deep drawn parts. It is widely used for deep stamped metal housings, complex formed components, precision metal profiles, home appliance shell parts. The aluzinc coating provides excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance after forming. Mill Test Certificate is provided for every shipment batch.
