Product Overview

G550 Prepainted Steel Sheet (PPGI / PPGL) is high tensile strength color coated steel plate. The G550 substrate has minimum yield strength ≥500MPa, tensile strength ≥550MPa. It can be produced on hot-dip galvanized GI substrate (PPGI) or aluzinc GL substrate (PPGL).

G550 grade is specially designed for large-span roofing and load-bearing steel structure projects. Due to its ultra-high strength, designers can select thinner gauge sheet while maintaining structural capacity, reducing overall material cost. Coating structure: 2/1 or 2/2. Four paint systems: PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF. It supports RAL standard colors, custom gloss and textures.

G550 prepainted sheet is widely used for large factory long-span roof panels, steel structure workshop roofing, agricultural large-span greenhouse roofs and metal roof profiles.
Thickness range:0.30mm–0.8mm; Width:700–1250mm, supplied in coil or cut sheet. Zinc coating Z60-Z275 for PPGI; AZ50~AZ150 for PPGL version.
