Marble Pattern DX51D+Z PPGI Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil, also known as stone printed color coated steel coil, is a special decorative prepainted galvanized steel product manufactured under EN10346 standard. It uses DX51D+Z hot-dip galvanized steel as base substrate. Unlike solid RAL color PPGI, this coil adopts advanced transfer printing technology to print realistic marble stone texture on the top paint layer, achieving natural stone appearance without heavy stone material cost.

The galvanized base provides basic rust prevention, and the top printed coating is covered with transparent protective finish, which enhances scratch resistance, UV resistance and color retention. Zinc coating mass can be customized Z60 to Z275 g/m². Available coating systems include standard polyester PE, silicon modified polyester SMP and high durability polyester HDP. PE coating suits indoor decoration; SMP and HDP are recommended for exterior wall application to slow pattern fading under sunlight.

This marble printed PPGI coil is widely fabricated into decorative wall cladding panels, villa exterior wall panels, prefabricated house decorative siding, interior wall decorative sheets, partition panels, gate decorative skins and commercial building facade decorations. We support customized total thickness ranging from 0.12mm to 1.2mm, width from 600mm to 1250mm, inner coil diameter 508mm or 610mm. Single coil weight can be adjusted from 2 tons to 8 tons for container loading. Custom marble patterns are acceptable based on buyer’s design.
