Product Overview

PE PVDF HDP SMP prepainted steel sheet includes PPGI prepainted galvanized steel and PPGL prepainted aluzinc steel, widely adopted metal coated material for roof panels, wall cladding, partition panels and facade systems. Different paint systems deliver differentiated performance to satisfy diverse global construction environments.

PE (Polyester) is the standard economical coating, suitable for normal inland buildings with moderate UV exposure. HDP High Durability Polyester improves anti-fading property for long-term outdoor usage. SMP Silicon Modified Polyester features outstanding heat resistance, ideal for high-temperature roof environment. PVDF Fluorocarbon coating owns top-class UV and chemical resistance, the premium choice for coastal, heavy industrial and high-end architectural facades.

Substrate can be DX51D, DX52D galvanized GI for PPGI or DX51D aluzinc GL for PPGL. Zinc / aluzinc coating weight can be customized, including Z80-Z275 for GI and AZ50-AZ150 for GL. All prepainted steel sheets support RAL standard colors, custom color matching available for bulk orders. The coated steel can be further roll-formed into corrugated roof tiles, trapezoidal panels, wall cladding sheets. We strictly control coating adhesion to ensure no cracking or peeling during bending.

PE is standard economical coating. HDP improves durability. SMP has good heat resistance. PVDF fluorocarbon provides best anti-UV and anti-corrosion performance with longest service life.
