Product Overview
PPGI/PPGL Color Coated Corrugated Roof Sheet is a profiled roofing panel manufactured by cold stamping and roll forming prepainted galvanized steel (PPGI) or prepainted aluminum-zinc steel (PPGL). It combines the structural strength of a metal substrate with the decorative and protective properties of an organic coating, providing a practical solution for roofing and wall systems in industrial, commercial, agricultural, logistics, and residential construction.
The product is available in 840/900 standard profiles, 1050/1080 wide-width profiles, and antique glazed tile profiles. Standard colors include sea blue, off-white grey, and bright red, while RAL colors can be customized for project requirements. The wider profiles can reduce lap joints during installation, while antique glazed tile profiles provide a traditional architectural appearance.
Different coating systems, including PE polyester, SMP silicon modified polyester, HDP high-weather-resistant polyester, and PVDF fluorocarbon coating, are available for selection according to project environment, ultraviolet exposure, and required coating performance. The corrugated structure also improves drainage, wind resistance, compressive strength, and overall structural stability.
