Project Material Solutions
1. S235JR Carbon Steel Plates for Conveyor Equipment Frames
The automated conveyor systems required structural components capable of supporting machinery loads and maintaining dimensional stability during equipment operation.
For conventional conveyor frames, the manufacturer selected S235JR carbon structural steel plates.
The project required 64 tons of S235JR steel plates with dimensions of 10 × 1500 × 6000 mm, specified according to EN 10025.
S235JR is widely used in industrial equipment structures because of its suitability for common fabrication and welding processes.
The supplied carbon steel plates supported the manufacturing of conveyor frames and associated structural components.
2. 316L Stainless Steel Plates for Media-Contact Components
Food processing automation equipment often includes components exposed to moisture, cleaning processes, and different processing media.
For components in contact with processing media, the manufacturer specified 316L stainless steel plates.
A total of 22 tons of 316L stainless steel plates were supplied in 6 × 1500 × 6000 mm dimensions according to ASTM A240.
316L is a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel containing molybdenum, providing improved resistance to certain forms of corrosion compared with standard 304 stainless steel.
The material was selected to support the manufacturing of stainless steel equipment components requiring clean surfaces and corrosion resistance.
The supplied stainless steel materials met the manufacturer’s cleanliness requirements, supporting subsequent fabrication for food industry applications.

3. 316L Stainless Steel Round Bars for Pump Shaft Manufacturing
The equipment manufacturer also produced supporting pump and valve components for automated food processing systems.
For pump shaft blanks, 316L stainless steel round bars were selected.
The supply included:
- Diameter: Φ45 mm
- Fixed length: 6 m
- Material grade: 316L
- Standard: ASTM A276
- Quantity: 9 tons
The round bars served as raw materials for further machining into pump shaft components.
Their stainless steel composition supported corrosion-resistant applications, while the supplied dimensions were suitable for the manufacturer’s specified component manufacturing processes.
4. 316L Seamless Stainless Steel Pipes for Process Media Transportation
The automated production systems required stainless steel pipelines for transporting processing media.
The project specified 316L seamless stainless steel pipes with dimensions of Φ76.1 × 3.6 mm.
A total of 14 tons was supplied according to ASTM A312.
The seamless pipe materials were selected for process media transportation applications requiring stainless steel construction.
The stainless steel surfaces met the manufacturer’s specified cleanliness requirements, supporting further preparation and installation within the equipment systems.
5. S235JR Flat Bars for Conveyor Frame Connections
In addition to the main structural plates, the project required carbon steel flat bars for conveyor frame connecting components.
The manufacturer selected S235JR flat bars with dimensions of 80 × 10 mm.
A total of 31 tons was supplied in fixed 6-meter lengths according to the specified EN 10025 material requirements.
The flat bars supported fabrication of conveyor frame connections and auxiliary structural components.
By combining carbon steel plates and flat bars, the manufacturer could source matching structural materials for its equipment manufacturing operations.
