Product Overview

Q235+AZ Galvalume Steel Coil is structural grade aluzinc GL coil under GB/T14978 & EN10346 standard. It uses low carbon structural steel substrate hot-dipped with 55% Al-Zn-Si alloy coating. Q235+AZ grade features minimum yield strength ≥235MPa, designed for structural load bearing applications.

Coating weight AZ50~AZ200g/m², available surface: passivation, chromium-free passivation, anti-rust oil and anti-fingerprint AF treatment. Thickness range 0.18–2.5mm, mainstream thickness 0.2–1.5mm, standard widths:914,1000,1219,1250mm. We can slit coil to narrow strips or cut to flat sheet.

Q235+AZ aluzinc coil balances structural strength and bending formability, widely used for photovoltaic mounting brackets, building structural support, load-bearing wall panels, warehouse frame profiles, outdoor structural components. The aluzinc coating provides outstanding corrosion resistance for long term outdoor service. Mill Test Certificate is available for each batch.
