Q235B carbon steel plate conforms to GB/T700 Chinese standard, it is the most widely used mild structural carbon steel plate for global construction and metal fabrication industry. The grade name “Q235B” means the minimum yield strength reaches 235MPa, and B grade requires 20℃ Charpy V-notch impact test, which distinguishes it from Q235A without impact test.
This hot rolled carbon steel plate features low carbon content, balanced plasticity, toughness and weldability. It can be easily cut, bent, welded, stamped and machined without complicated heat treatment. Q235B plate is commonly used to manufacture building steel frames, support brackets, equipment bases, container frames, metal structures and general mechanical components.
Our Q235B steel plates are available in full thickness range from 1.5mm up to 100mm, with standard width and length options, also we provide custom cutting, surface blasting, painting and slitting service. All products come with mill test certificate (MTC), and can support ISO, SGS, CE third-party inspection before shipment.
