Product Overview
Q275B hot rolled carbon steel plate is a medium-strength general structural steel plate under GB/T 700 standard. It is widely recognized as the equivalent grade of EN S275JR, ASTM A1011 and GOST St44-2, commonly selected for factory frames, support brackets, machinery base frames and metal structural fabrication.
Compared with Q235B, Q275B features higher yield and tensile strength while retaining reliable welding, punching and cold bending performance. It adopts hot rolling manufacturing process, with original black hot rolled surface. We can provide customized processing services including laser cutting, plasma cutting, flattening, bending and drilling according to customer drawings.
Our Q275B steel plate is sourced from qualified domestic steel mills. Each batch is supplied with full EN10204 3.1 mill test certificate. Third-party inspection such as SGS, BV can be arranged before shipment. We support multiple trade terms including FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP, EXW and flexible payment solutions for bulk long-term cooperation.

Q275B has higher yield and tensile strength than Q235B. It is suitable for medium load bearing structures, while Q235B is for general light construction. Both have good weldability.
Yes for most medium-load structural & metal fabrication projects. Minor differences exist in chemical composition limits. For critical load-bearing structures, please confirm suitability with your engineering team.
