Product Overview
Q355+AZ Galvalume Steel Coil is high strength structural aluzinc GL coil under GB/T14978 and EN10346 standard. It uses low alloy high strength steel substrate with hot-dipped 55% Al-Zn-Si alloy coating. Q355+AZ grade has minimum yield strength ≥355MPa, for heavy load structural projects.
Coating weight AZ50~AZ200g/m², available surface options: passivation, chromium-free passivation, anti-rust oil and anti-fingerprint AF treatment. Thickness range 0.18–2.5mm, mainstream thickness 0.2–1.5mm, standard widths:914,1000,1219,1250mm. Custom slitting narrow strip and cut-to-length sheet service available.
Q355+AZ aluzinc coil owns high mechanical strength, allows thinner gauge design to reduce overall weight and material cost for heavy load structure. Widely applied in heavy-duty photovoltaic brackets, large span building frames, heavy load wall support, industrial equipment structural frame, agricultural silo support. Aluzinc coating provides superior corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor exposure. MTC certificate can be supplied.
