Product Overview

RAL Custom Color PPGI PPGL prepainted steel sheet is color coated metal material customized according to RAL color codes, widely used for architectural roofing, exterior wall cladding, decorative facade and metal panel projects. We cover the complete RAL color system including common RAL7035, RAL9002, RAL9006, RAL6005, RAL3009 and more.

The substrate adopts DX51D hot dip galvanized steel for PPGI and DX51D aluzinc steel for PPGL. Buyers can select different coating systems from economical PE polyester, HDP high durable polyester, SMP silicon modified polyester to premium PVDF fluorocarbon coating based on project lifespan requirement. All color production will make color swatch for customer confirmation before mass production to control Delta E color difference.

This RAL color prepainted steel sheet features good coating flexibility. It can be bent and roll formed into corrugated roof panels, trapezoidal sheets without paint peeling. We provide custom thickness, width and cut-to-length service. Suitable for factory building, warehouse, residential house, agricultural barn, shopping mall facade and industrial partition.
